Using professional-grade tools, products, and techniques, our trained team leaves no detail overlooked. From ceiling fans, light fixtures, and window tracks to baseboards, cabinet exteriors, and under furniture — we focus on those spots that regular cleanings simply don’t reach.

DEEP CLEANING CHECKLIST

KITCHEN

  • Top of refrigerator (hand washed or wiped)
  • Outside of appliances cleaned; inside of microwave
  • Stovetop, grates or drip pans scrubbed
  • All cabinet fronts (hand washed or wiped)
  • For vacant homes: inside drawers, shelves and cabinets (hand washed or wiped)
  • Countertops and backsplashes (hand washed)
  • All sinks (scrubbed and disinfected)
  • Clean inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers.
  • Clean behind and under appliances (if accessible)
  • Deep oven cleaning (inside and outside) – EXTRA FEE
  • Stove, knobs, hood, and filters cleaning
  • Clean inside and outside of refrigerator and freezer – EXTRA FEE
  • Sanitization of countertops and tiles
  • Light switches, outlets, and baseboards cleaning
  • Clean windows (interior), windowsills, and tracks
  • Sink cleaning and disinfection; faucets polishing faucet
  • Mop floors

 

BATHROOMS

  • Mirrors (cleaned)
  • Tub/shower and tiles (double scrubbed for buildup)
  • All bathroom counters and fixtures (sanitized)
  • Scrubbing and disinfection of tub, tiles, and shower doors
  • Hard water stains and soap scum removal
  • Deep toilet cleaning (base, tank, behind the toilet)
  • Mirrors cleaning.
  • Polishing all faucets.
  • Cleaning and disinfection of sink and countertops 
  • Cleaning inside drawers, cabinets, and shelves (only if empty)
  • Cleaning vents and exhaust fan covers
  • Sanitization of trash bins
  • Thorough washing floors and baseboards

 

 BEDROOMS & LIVING SPACES 

  • Ceiling fan blades within reach (hand washed or wiped)
  • Light fixtures within reach (hand washed in place, not removed)
  • Cobwebs removed
  • Blinds and shutters (vacuumed, not washed)
  • Moldings, woodwork, window sills, lock ledges (hand washed or wiped)
  • Baseboards (hand washed or wiped)
  • Pictures and décor items (hand wiped)
  • Uncluttered shelves (hand wiped)
  • Furniture (polished: fronts, sides, legs)
  • Beds made, one set of sheets changed
  • Stairs (vacuumed)
  • Floors (vacuumed and/or mopped)
  • Interior window glass (ask about pricing for exterior)
  • Dusting and wiping baseboards, moldings, and door frames
  • Interior windows, tracks, and windowsills washing
  • Vacuum and/or mop under furniture (if movable)
  • Light fixtures, ceiling fans and vents cleaning
  • Cleaning doors, doorknobs and switch plates
  • Furniture, shelves, and decor items dusting
  • Wiping inside of closets and closet doors (only if empty)

  • Removing cobwebs from ceiling and wall corners

 

•  GENERAL

  • Trash bins emptied and relined
  • Doors and door frames (hand washed or wiped)
  • Light switch plates (hand washed)

 

Additional tasks (add-ons or customizable) – Extra fees for any of these tasks:

  • Blinds or curtains cleaning
  • Deodorize trash bins and pet areas
  • Garage or basement sweeping

 

Additional Notes

Services are performed using high-quality and surface-appropriate products for wood, stone, glass, stainless steel, and more. We bring all supplies and equipment. Deep cleaning is usually recommended for first-time visits before starting recurring maintenance.

Recommended for homes that require a thorough and in depth cleaning, including hard to reach areas, accumulated dirt or rooms not cleaned regularly.

What We Do Not Clean

  • Hand wash clothing.
  • We do not scrape off paint.
  • Clean up pest droppings (pigeons, mice, vermin, etc.)
  • Stand on kitchen counters to clean the top of cabinets.
  • Clean under furniture or sofas that are unreachable by vacuum.
  • Clean homes with severe mold or mildew issues.
  • Move or clean under heavy furniture (items over 20 lb / 9 kg).
  • Climb higher than a two-step ladder (we use extension dusters instead)
  • For health and safety reasons, we do not clean blood, feces, vomit, or urine (human or animal).
  • Clean homes with excessive clutter or hoarding that poses a risk to the cleaning team.
