We take care of everything — from dusting doors, baseboards, and light fixtures to cleaning kitchen countertops, cabinets, floors, and bathroom fixtures. Our detailed process removes construction dust, adhesive residue, and fine debris left behind.

POST-CONSTRUCTION CLEANING CHECKLIST

GENERAL (ALL ROOMS)

  • Removal of construction dust from walls, ceilings and baseboards
  • Removal of paint (spots), caulk (spots), and adhesive residue from surfaces
  • Dust and wipe all doors, door frames, trim
  • Cleaning of interior windows, tracks and windowsills
  • Removal of stickers and protective film from windows and fixtures
  • Cleaning and disinfection of light switches, outlets and door handles
  • Wipe down shelves, coves and built-ins
  • Clean ceiling fans, vents, and air returns
  • Vacuum all carpeted areas 
  • Vacuum and mop floors (multiple times if needed)
  • Remove construction debris and leftover residues (if requested)

KITCHEN

  • Cabinets cleaned inside and outside
  • Countertops washed and sanitized
  • Stove, oven, and refrigerator cleaned
  • Sink scrubbed and sanitized
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped
  • Cleaning all cabinets and drawers (inside and outside)
  • Cleaning countertops and tiles (removing dust and residue)
  • Light cleaning all appliances (oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher – inside and outside) 
  • Removal of labels, stickers, and protective film from appliances
  • Sanitization of sinks and polishing faucets
  • Vacuum and mop floors

BATHROOM

  • Bathtub and shower cleaned
  • Toilet scrubbed and sanitized
  • Baseboards washed
  • Light sconces cleaned
  • Cabinets wiped down inside and outside
  • Floors vacuumed and washed
  • Sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers scrubbing and disinfection 
  • Cleaning mirrors and glass surfaces (remove film or residue)
  • Wiping down all fixtures, towel racks and handles
  • Cleaning cabinets and drawers (inside and outside)
  • Removal of paint splatters from tiles, glass, and fixtures (spots)
  • Cleaning exhaust fans and vents

BEDROOM & LIVING AREAS

  • All windows cleaned inside and, if accessible, outside
  • Baseboards and doors wiped down
  • Light fixtures and sconces cleaned
  • Carpets vacuumed
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped
  • Dusting and wiping all surfaces, including shelves, mantels and trim
  • Cleaning inside closets, including shelves and rods
  • Vacuum or mop under furniture (if there’s any)
  • Cleaning mirrors, windows (only inside the house) and glass doors 

OPTIONAL/ADD-ON SERVICES

  • Exterior window cleaning

GENERAL CLEANING

  • Windows: Glass cleaned inside and, if reachable, outside
  • Window sills wiped and cleaned
  • Doors wiped down
  • Baseboards cleaned
  • Vacuuming of all wood/tile floors followed by mopping
  • Light fixtures and sconces wiped down
  • Removal of adhesive from windows, floors, and other surfaces
